"7th October 2010 – 5AM The Antigua Meteorological Service has discontinued the Flash Flood Warning for the Virgin Islands at this time however a Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 6PM today. A Flash Flood Watch is issued when conditions are favorable for flash flooding in flood-prone areas where grounds are super saturated from recent rains."

BF thought "super saturated" was made up by the Dept of Disaster Management. Much like I think the British word "shambolic" is made up. But I remembered this poem I wrote years ago.

The less-than-stable liquid does not wait
for when the final crystal's introduced
that morphs it from the state
of being just another murky liquid in a tube
to Superman's fortress of solitude.
